I am out of the hospital, recovering from my third (yes, incredible as it seems, three times now) round of Pulmonary Embolisms and my hip replacement. Fewer classes in August, but that just means we will pack more FUN into the classes we do have. I have some great stuff planned, new techniques with tried and true foods and new foods using tried and true cooking methods. Our goal is to show you the basics, and then let you see how quick, tasty and easy cooking healthy with high quality cookware can be. - Chili Cilantro Pasta stuffed with pork carnitas cooked in dark beer and cheddar cheese
